You're right. Actually having a higher base education, working (theoretically speaking) Government, working health care, working labor laws, and the like, and generally speaking, better beer, and liquor makes it true.

Our beer is actually quite different from the watered down horse piss you call beer. While the minimum standard to be called "an alcoholic beverage" is 4%, most of our stuff is sold at 6-7%. I like hockey but I don't think most Americans are as fanatical about it as Canada.
More people watch the Pro Bowl and irrelevant football game than playoff hockey. The Winnipeg Jets were actually my team.

Rob Ford though, is the 2nd coming of Jesus. True story. Why I wouldn't be surprised if he's seen hanging out at Charlie Sheen's place. Also, I could understand if the Flames were doing poorly.
Iginla just got up and said "*** it, I've got a big *** contract, and I'm dragging you *** down with me until it's over" We do take a lot of pride in making good beer you don't see it advertised on TV though. You have to seek it out.
