It isn't free to use though.. You are paying for access to it somehow. Phone bill. Internet bill. Electricity bill.

Being born in a shitty neighborhood and having to attend an underfunded public school is already a huge minus before you can think for yourself. Parents also qualify. As does your ability to access extracurricular activities which are fundamental to developing hobbies that could become marketable talents. In some places a photo ID will suffice, and thanks to the waste of time that voter-ID laws are, in some places you can get those for free (they should be anyway if they're a requirement to vote).
