I sent an angry e-mail to Wal Mart demanding soap come in tons of flavors Hispanic Asian African American etc.
I didn't boycot the oscars, I ignored them like always.
Only good part is the clothing and I always check that the next day.

You know it's silly when white people have to get in arms about the indisputable fact that no Hispanics, Asians, Blacks or anyone else for that matter win ***at these masturbatory functions. Chill guys, everything can't be about you all the time.
It's not even a jab about being white moreso that it's ridiculous that in this day and age it's still the same cadre winning accolades. To the point where white actors are being passed off as Asian or we get excuses that Middle Eastern actors can't get a shot because name recognition. TV is light years ahead of film in terms of trying to get some new faces a chance to shine. And even then most people would struggle to name 5 Latino actors. The fact that so many people get uncomfortable about that reality is why the reactionary 'white is under attack!' comes off as so disingenuous. Uncomfortable trying to watch the Oscars was uncomfortable !
Watching awards shows is universally boring. You're better off watching the films and seeing if you enjoy them yourself.
Mad Max: Fury Road was great. People who thought Star Wars should have won anything clearly are delusional fanboys.

The kid who played Agu has more talent than all Oscar winners combined. How is that everyone marveled at Mcully Culkin in Home Alone, the kid who played the AI in AI, but no one makes mention of this genius kid? I didn't see any Oscar movie. I boycotted all of them cause Kevin Hart wasn't nominated for an Oscar.
