On a similar note, you two continue to back Kowardly Kattleman Kliven's "Krusade" against an "oppressive and tyrannical" government which is neither oppressive nor tyrannical. In fact, it's functioning as the founding fathers and the Constitution intended. Congress is on a recess for two weeks, Obama has the presidential right and duty, according to article 2 of the Constitution, to both:
A- Appoint a temporary Justice to fill Scalia's vacated post until a permanent nominee is confirmed, and...
B- Nominate a permanent Justice when congress returns to work on the 22nd.

Congress's duty is to confirm or deny any nominated permanent Justice. However, they cannot, under the duties outlined in the Constitution, outright refuse the president the authority to exercise his right while still in office, yet that's what they want to do for two reasons:
1. Obama is black.
2. 90% of the republicans in congress are members of the KKK. that's to say, they're nothing but a bunch of racists.
