Assuming you are talking about gun ranged accuracy as you mentioned last stand, but technically Iuitl Wristbands with +7 r.acc aug beat them for accuracy.

If using a bow Iuitl Wristbands(+1 r.acc aug) and Buremte Gloves both beat them.
