easy only had one drop slot and they can drop and you can get either mat or armor.

Did a normal TT and got no mat nor gear so postulating TH only affects difficult+

It means at least that low man groups don't have many more reasons to farm bcnms up to normal. On the other hand the AF mat supply will not really increase so it's still attractive. The only case that could lower congestion is for people farming level 119 gear in D or VD but IMO it's neglectable. Basically nothing changed.
