If you want info just read my posts, but try to skip the 50 posts after that because it's usually a bunch of retards that don't play the game answering and a couple of others braging that they cleared a bc prior to me ( which will soon reward you an A.M.A.N voucher™ but only between 20 and 24 french time)

post edit: either it's a translation error or an emergency maint, is incoming. This translation error was adressed before the troll fest. english translation is wrong. Double armor drop happens on Difficult but I don't think I've seen a double and a mat so I suppose armors have 2 slots, mat 1, and TH increses each slot ? Maybe they removed one REM's slot to allow for 4 possible slots between mats and armor.

They also say TH will work in DM, so considering 3+ mat was nearly 100% from easy DM prior to VU, armor and mat must drop like candy now. And they sincerely thought it would reduce congestion. Its going to be more congested I think.
TH so far has put 2 items in the pool on every fight for D:  or it could decrease congestion by not requiring people to spam the fights 100x for one piece of gear.
*exaggeration on 100x, but my point stands: the best way to move people on to other content is to allow the main content rewards be accessible.

Long term yes, but for the next couple of days probably not.
SE's logic : increase the droprates so that people don't do the bc when they don't need.
Player's logic: farm the ***out of the BCs and sell the drop. what will happen : people will rush on low man easy BCNM solo or duo with their mule(s) and farm items. Since you still have the upper limit of 3 parties, the price will not decrease that much and people will still spam it for profit. This time instead of profiting off only D and VD, every single tiers has a good chance at dropping millions. Morevoer the mats only drop in pool so this discourages people from 6 manning it. You are probably better off 3 manning 2 normal BCs with WHM MNK THF than 6 manning one difficult. These drop rates have only been determined for Difficult, no ones 3boxing difficult, and there have been no records of any drop rates on VE/E.
TH affects each tier and so far the mats drop more often from easy so yes...
