Ygnas + Arciela gives a Refresh Aura, so if Koru-Moru does little more than frustrate you (like me), you can try this set-up:
Sylvie (U) AAEV Arciela I or II Shantotto II Ygnas The synergy between these trusts and their weapon skills makes multi-stepping less aggravating than when using Qultada. Any tank will do. Ditching Shantotto II for Joachim will help you cap Haste, if that is more important. Hopefully this is helpful to you!

Bad part about ygnas is the terrible interaction with August which is kind of supremely ironic lol

If I remember correctly, they gave an increase in resistance to elemental magic the more you cast the same element. So if you were trying to manaburn it with everyone casting thunder, eventually it would do squat. They did it to combat the "manaburn everything" mentality back then. Is it me? Or did August get nerfed?
Idk his enmity generation is usually very solid but lately I’ve been pulling hate from him from just melee O.o; so i mainly solo as nin or dnc in reisen. i tend to use August, Iroha II, Arciela II, Shantotto II and Apururu. anything wrong with that set up?
Replace Iroha II with Cornelia, unless your trusts are doing more damage than you.
I feel like Shantotto II is only useful if you are making skillchains and the extra damage from her MBs would be notable. Reisenjima monsters have so little HP ('m assuming you;re referring to normal monsters for CP) that after 1 ws they are dead, 2 + sc is overkill.
If you're using exp rings then qultada will provide a decent cp bonus and chaos/fighters afterwards. Depending on your survivability on NIN, you could also drop August and grab Kupo if you can handle it.

As a dd, no.
As a dynamis ja procer he's useful. Are any of the version 1 trusts considered better than their second version? For instance, is there any reason to use Lilisette I instead of Lilisette II, or Arciela I instead of Arciela II?

Has anyone experienced Yoran failing to heal? When I farm Dynamis, probably 50% of the time Yoran will either stand in place and not cast anything, or ping pong around looking for a place to stand and never cast anything while I slowly die.
