For clarification, the circle effects and most of the pre-existing effects are exactly the same as they are on NQ versions. i.e. Wakido Kabuto offers no boost to Warding Circle or Meditate over Myochin Kabuto.

Out of curiosity, where did you get some of these things, Proth? Like, how does one even go about reasonably testing Step Accuracy, much less Blue Magic learning rate?

I've come to rely on Japanese magazines tbh. For stupid to test things like the aforementioned blue magic learning rate, it's much easier to wait a month or so for the JPs to publish something than to actually do the testing required.
