Server Not Showing On The Transfer List

ok i got this 2 problems. the 1st is my char not showing on mog station, insted there is a comunication error on the place where my char name should be, this i guess is due to congestion....


the second and more important is that when i pass through the comunication error, on the list where you select your destination world for transfer, GOBLIN is not on the list... and it was one of the uncrowed servers.... (im aviable to go to goblin, non legacy, no FC, bla bla bla)..... any info??
