Question About PLD

was wondering for pld if the best route to go is to +1 relics first, or get your af 2 armor?

well full darklight does hold up well on PLD so you could go with +1relic, if u have 5k+ hp , sofar i havent done coil to say there is anythin harder hitting then Titan HM fight, but i have seen PLD's with full darklight an both relic wep+1/shield+1 survive just about any fight with ease, so in the end i would say do your relic +1 then can work on AF2

whats is af2? last I checked there was AF and relic...thats it

They're saying Artifact = basic job-specific gear from your job quests. (Gallant Armor set)
Relic = Sword and shield
AF2 = Higher tier equipment from doing dungeons and trading in currency. (Valor Armor set)

There's probably a better organized list somewhere else.

relic +1 is the last thing you should do as a pld. It takes the longest to get compared to relic armor for just a small stat boost when you could spend 425-825 points on valor gear wich has much higher stat boost :)

+1 relic for pld is only 300 stones for shield (so that's actually the least expensive piece) and 600 for sword. Also for the legs, feet, body and head you need 2 peices to get the full benefit because in order to upgrade from 1 Dark light piece you need to downgrade the slot it's paired with to AK.

+1ing the sword also has the added benefit of killing stuff faster and getting you more hate.
