I know they said we would get an email when to submit it, but i swore i read somewhere that we would be able to submit it on the 20th.
Anyone get an email or have some updated info on when / where to submit our codes?

The web site is up and active. But it wont take the code yet, tells me there was an error to try again later.
Here is the web site http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ I ordered my CE through game stop and on their website they have had a redeem section for a few games. When I click on the realm reborn link it does take me to a square website telling me I can redeem my code after I log into my SE account.
I was unable to because I'm on my iPhone and at work right now. The place where you put the code in I can only half see and the screen doesn't move. Ill try when I go home for lunch on my ps3 browser. I have not received an email yet. When I clicked on that link before it asked me for my email so they could email me when the site was ready. Edit: looks like I was beaten. Waiting on that email then. Yeah , the site is live but at this time I do not think it is taking the codes, been trying since 8am EST today. waiting on the email
thanks, and its open now, i just submitted my code but after trying to process it it says there was a problem please try again later....

only ever tells me error atm. but i got two codes. i preordered from amazon twice and then canceled one. dont know if second code will work >.> but it didnt say invalid when i tried it
hahaha I did the same thing when I pre ordered, i used the wrong card so i cancelled and have a 2nd code also. figured it wouldnt be any good.
well after I register EA for ps3 i will try my other code for pc :) just to see

I know the feeling, i keep resubmitting every couple of mins, dont help my work pc is slow as hell and I wont be home until 8pm
I don't even get to a place where I can submit a code. I go to the NA preorder website, click 'login' (the SE ID I use for FFXI counts as already having a Square Enix account right?) and put in my ID and password which goes through to a page where I have to put in my bday, country, nickname, security question. I check the boxes and hit save at the bottom and I get a Bad Gateway error...anyone else getting that?
I was getting that this morning. Then it finally went through and wanted me to link my account to an xbox or ps3. Now its just a screen to enter in your code. I think it is taking 1 person at a time lol
Now I'm getting "There was a problem with your code. Please make sure you have entered it correctly." ...I copied and pasted each part of the code.

Is there some type of time limit as to when you can submit the code before early access starts that people are trying to do it before they even get the email? Like what's the rush exactly?
yea but are other people getting 'There was a problem with your code' or just the 'try again later' message?
I am getting it also. Some people have gotten it to work so far.
Well I suppose my e-mail from amazon does say "You will be notified via email prior to the launch of the game on when you can return and redeem your preorder code" so I'm just going to quit trying for now lol.

There is another download after the code is entered right? Do they give you a code on the spot or e-mail it? This would be for PS3 players. I read on another site that you put in the code that was given to you when you pre-ordered the game and enter it on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com then you will be emailed with a 20 digit code, or so I read...I have yet for my XXXXXX-###-XXXXXX-### code to go through lol.
