So for WS's it's better than E.bow, but that delay will realy hamper your DoT. If your added WS damage is making up for the different in your ordinary ranged attacks and the less amount you're doing, then it'd be better; and from what I've read, including loads of parsings and testings on BG, it doesn't. "Far better" is an appauling and misleading exagerration.

It's not a difference you'd notice just by watching. You'd have to parse. But that difference over an hour will add up.
And S.Bow is only better during New Moon when it has +25 Ratt. Otherwise Ebow owns it, because a 75 RNG who's worrying more about acc than damage isn't doing it right, or is still using AGI rings for acc.

Actually you can 3-4 str from it. And the 1 higher base dmg is effectively the same thing as 2 str non ws and 1.5str during sidewinder assuming your not hitting fstr2 caps which really is only like 120 str on lolbri.
Theres reports of +16ratt pretty damn close to Ebow
Up to -10% delay actually making it faster than ebow
And best of all 5% ws dmg which would be comparable to a good 10 str nekkid... or lets say you have at least meh 80 agi and 100 str against lolbri on ws... 5% ws dmg would be comparable to 16 str.

Not true, a 75 RNG shouldn't be struggling for a 6 hit build. Fey Gendawa delay difference won't give a 5 hit build.

Not counting latents of course with them you could get it.

What is this misconception than Ebow doesn't have the normal rules apply to it. Revision was doing it too with Snap Shot...
RNG/SAM would get a 5 hit with E.Bow just as easily. -_-

Asshats lol... I've done this on quite a few of the new NM's after killing all the PH's just to have someone walking by get the claim on the NM when I was too far. So now... I've just been killing the PH's near spawn spot if I'm the only one or having others kill while I spam WS to Flee/Charm pull. XD

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
