I just took control on a friends character - lvl 75 Smn & Brd.
I just wanna say that being blm in campaign sucks! I was there nuking and whatever else and got shitty xp. I will only be monk at campaign from now on.

Whenever I did campaign on my blm I just put up RR, sleepga II'd everything and ran, died, rinse repeat. Got max exp just doing that. You pretty much have to do EVERYTHING to get everything capped out. Cure yourself and others Deal damage Take damage Enfeebling mobs/Enhancing yourself+others Raising people I have a page saved somewhere that tells each category of campaign and how you have to do a bunch of ***. If you spam the same thing over and over that category will get capped and your exp won't be very much You want to know the seceret to campaign.....pld/dnc you can fight one mob by yourself the whole time and get top xp lol....but im warning you people get pissed when they find you in the corner soloing the last mob at a snails pace

What a fantastic update /end sarcasm
Well I spent almost the whole night just tryin' to get the 3 items for the expansion quest. I have never seen soooooo many people in Giddeus since the monster signa was going for 1.5M back in 2004. That zone was cleared of all yags and if one popped, it was dead before it come up on my screen.
I haven't checked anything more out since I didn't have much time last night.
So what's everyone's opinion on the update now?

Well I never went BLM before, I was doing good damage but it was shitty xp from all that time.
So I see theres a monk aug weapon!! I wanna see what results come in before I decide I want to get this expansion for the weapon. But why is there a scythe for blm....I havent used a scythe in years XD

I hate when no one even tries to attack any of the mobs in campaign. It's just sit and wait for the sole person w/ balls of steel to attack. Been so many battles that it was a loss because no one wanted to attack the bosses after all the weaker mobs were dead.

Why didn't skilling scythe not work on your BLM? I have mine capped on BLM and my DRK is still 33. Only thing that sucks is that you don't get any new WS after Vorpal.

oh yeah, I know those battles. I just rush in head first and attack the boss then kite him over to the large group of people. After a minute or so, everyone attacks...

I leveled scythe on my blm, I did DD alot on blm, I skilled up daggers too on blm.
I'm pretty bad *** when I'm /nin on daggers lol I killed nms etc. like that.

Edit: As of 2010-10-05 14:48:06 CST, Ni reached 10,000 pages.
Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.
Daj is Ludoggy's gay lover. Not much else is known about this Asuran. Tairo is kinda new, but since is a female and Alyria's lesbian lover, she fit right in real quick.
Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
