In the last week I've made pumpkin curry (a modified butter chicken recipe), pumpkin fried rice, pumpkin massaman curry, pumpkin seeds with soy sauce chipoltle ginger, and pumpkin gingerbread made from the the "guts". I still have 3kg~ of pumpkin left in my freezer... Next will be some type of pumpkin and bacon stew. Z: how is the pregnancy going? Getting close to the end :) I hope you stayed cool over the last few months!

Savory pumpkin isn't my type of pumpkin. For instance, this morning I had some Hostess pumpkin spice donettes, and they were TO DIE FOR. I love pumpkin season.
