I haven't worn sweatpants in over 20 years. I have. Not in public of course, but nothing is better than sweatpants in the fall/winter. Warm, comfy, and if anyone drops by unexpectedly the sweatpants greet them with a hearty, "*** you for not calling."

I haven't worn sweatpants in over 20 years. I have. Not in public of course, but nothing is better than sweatpants in the fall/winter. Warm, comfy, and if anyone drops by unexpectedly the sweatpants greet them with a hearty, "*** you for not calling." I like nice, well made PJs. I don't wear sweats since I got rid of my fave pair of Old Navy sweats. Haven't found another pair like them. Sad.

ok there is the happy side of life, little kids playing on a playground, laughing, having fun, babies cooing and you can appreciate that, right? there is romance, friendship, all this sort of thing
then there is the dark side which need not be described.
so many a curious cat peek over into the dark side. which is fine...grass is always greener on the other side etc. and at first you can sneak over without anyone knowing and you can pretty much go and come as you please.
BUT
in order to gain entry to the super fun park of evil earthly delights you need to give up a piece of whatever is is that appreciates the things on the happy side it's like sand in an hour glass you can't see
and everything you sense (see, hear, feel, taste, smell), on the dark side stays with you. what has been seen can not be unseen etc. when you are on the happy side...
and at some point the sand in the hour glass runs out.
and you can no longer enjoy the happy side things.
you don't have friends any more you have the enemies of your enemies that you call your friends as long as they are your allies.
you don't date people because you are attracted to them any more, you date people for there potential to stick it to someone else you don't like...
you can go to an AA or NA meeting and see the unhappy dried out husks of people that spent too much time in the deep end of the pool they're dead but unburied.
they don't smile any more spath. they don't laugh any more, they don't enjoy anything any more. not a babies coo or a child's laugh or a warm embrace.
let's pretend your friend got out of the game. she escaped and got away from the drugs and the abusive boyfriends and the booze and she ran away and started her life over in some far away land before it was too late. and she lived happily ever after.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
