I edited the offending post, the slur in which was an honest mistake, and apologized. Flavin, however, is well past the warning phase. He's actually at "take a vacation for a week", but I decided that was too harsh, so it ended up being a 12 hour topic ban. Anyway, this isn't productive and it's crapping up the thread for other people. Have more concerns, take it to PMs.

Personally I don't like or dislike you one way or another... Also.. Are you supposed to be discussing my level of disciplinary action publicly? I do find it funny that you seem to be okay with insulting me at a certain level but when you find out it's something else then you'll apologize lol... In other, less drama, less homo-erotic news, settled into my new office a bit after the big move last week. LOVE IT. No more people walking through. Door I can close when I want. Phone doesn't ring unless getting a direct call or nobody else is around... fantastic. Plus I can go hide in the server room if I don't want to be bothered :D
