The most common recipe is gnocchi alla sorrentina(tran: Sorrento style gnocchi), which is simply gnocchi with tomato sauce, mozzarella and some parmesan cooked in the oven. It's good, bit heavy though.

There was also this place, you have to pay .49c to add cheese but they are damn good burgers, you can get a free sample of the ice cream (in like a 3.25oz sauce cup which is crammed full), they give you free fries while you wait, grind their meat out of steak, and use the smashed ball method of frying, my fave.
Their spatulas were cut-off masonry trowels. (You can watch them cook your burger.)

 I think I'm going to pick up burgers or burger fixings tonight. YouTube Video Placeholder EDIT: I'll let you all in on a secret... Stuff your patties with olives and a bit o' feta. Feta sprinklings on top of your patty too. OG lettuce, tomato and onions (avocado if you like). SPECTACULAR!
