You guessed correctly! 2am March 5th my water broke and our daughter was born at 22:35. She is 6.45 lbs and 20.8 inches, long and skinny.

It was interesting and now the real fun begins :)

Congratulations you two! Don't know what else to say other than March 5th was my dad's birthday so I guess she picked a good one to arrive on.

Heading to work, call me old and cranky but 6 AM is too early to deal with a hyper 52-year-old toddler.

I'm getting tired of hearing his singing, talking about his ding-dong and hoo-hoo, and what his wife said is wrong with any given problem. To top it off, he has political views that don't fit any existing party. Like a malevolent Vemin Supreme. >.>

Just a question to the people of Ni; first imagine your entire office somehow carpools to the office which adds up to a 15-20 min ride. One guy constantly talks about his genitals, bowel movements, having sex, whistles or sings over EVERY song, hacks and coughs while people are trying to eat breakfast, spits in a cup, and whenever politics comes up starts with rhetoric that would make conservatives, liberals, and the entirity of P&R unite in one moment to ask "What the *** are you talking about? Are you HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE?"

The question is: What would happen? Would your company do something?

EDIT: For example on the politics thing, he fully believes and argues that this viral email rumor is 100% true.

Ours prolly not but might try to setup more carpools to spare some folks (obviously that may not be possible). I don't think anything can be done about it besides a supervisor having a talking with that guy about it, if no one else asks him to stop being that way. Good luck! I recommend listening to music with headphones.

Dad owns the company, we're a crew of 4. My brother puts on headphones, I'll probably just tell him, quite bluntly, to shut the *** up when I have no patience left.

My brother makes it hostile. Lol.

One morning at Deer camp, he woke me up screaming and squealing because his shirt was cold, I told him if he did it again I was gonna just start shooting. He never did it again, then the next year he went on a Xanax psycho trip, shooting in every which direction. I had my gun ready to shoot him then. That was the first and only time my side arm was cocked, loaded, and ready. I was retrieving a deer with a friend.

The first.

Pouring concrete a few mins ago and a clump of unmixed cement comes down the chute, I start breaking it up with a maddox. My cousin decided to tell me how to do this and in mid-swing "Hey, do it like this. Look- OH GOD, MY FOOT!!" To which I sympathetically respond "Well, don't put your foot there."

I'm afraid you're going to have to man up & kick your cousin's ***. A stern but polite warning first is, of course, in order, but from your description, & having worked with some of these same guys, it's gonna have to come down to the *** kicking. unless he's one of these pussies that'll shoot you for kicking his ***, in which case, you'll have to piss and moan to your dad about making him stfu. this is the cowardly approach though, so I highly recommend a fist-fight next time he decides to regal you with tales of his sexual conquests.

I know your pain, girl-boy. construction sucks.

It does....I had to work with a a guy that would repeat almost everything you said to him, and would stay stuck like a broken record on last thing you said. I went nuts when me and my uncle were working with him and he said "pass me that dirty hammer there" and he was like "the dirty hammer" every few minutes when we were all silent and working. And this was all in Spanish... >_<

I did get the joy of throwing him off my job months later. It was firing him but another foreman took pity on him and took him in. Years later that foreman ended up firing him anyways for lying to us saying he was in a car accident and in hospital, so that he could collect his remaining vacation time while working somewhere else.

now I want to know how to say that in Spanish, so when you say something goofy or awkward on here, I can drop a dirty hammer.

I think about it a lot.

It would be nice some days I think, but I was just so miserable out there on others. idk. there's a lot more pressure and stress in the office, but I kind of thrive on it.

idk.

no, I guess.

but man, some days........ I'd love to >.<

none of that made any sense did it? sry.

No need to apologize, it made total sense...I daydream about it too...like now, with our President on Vacation and me handling his calls and emails...but other times , like you said that pressure, is what motivates me and where I shine.
