Yeah, kinda funny how he thinks that if for some reason we stay past the first of the month and don't pay that they wouldn't sue because "they're family friends".
When I moved out of my grandma's house with my family before I moved here she was threatening to sue us for over $8,000 of "unpaid rent". She had no records on her behalf and we kept all deposit receipts. People are asshats when it comes to money. D:

Went without heat/hot water for well over two years for the sake of "helping family". Was even worse after my dad had a stroke so we had to leave.
