I'm not sure... that'll..oh ok" could have stopped there and we knew she was incompetent already. and yeah you can use files from a folder without decompressing it, but most programs won't read them, unless they're made to, like good emulators do now,, since roms are distributed that way. Some companies only allow use of IE and restrict downloads or installation of any program without direct consent from IT/managers. Didn't he say that they do work that way? Files read from decompressed state instead of compressed as his boss suggested it could be done? I finally just finished How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Aim for the Head and must say, I <3 it!! Now on to A Thousand Shades of Blue!
