We never had problems with either. The manufacturer is good to work with people, however.. it's early on in the deer season, right now, any little problem will be getting a hotline call, we just can't get through, and I'd imagine a good few of their employees are hunters themselves. It was just too good to pass up, My cousin gets in these binds with money and starts selling things cheap. A $360 crossbow for $100 isn't bad, especially when the only thing that broke on it was a defect. It wasn't damaged by him, which amazes me. XD
