In terms of "looking" badass, Seph wins.
In terms of actually being a heartless villain, Kefka, duh. Not to mention he's far more amusing, lol.
Please know that my highest level'd character is only 30, so my abilities are still limited. My favorite characters so far are Bartz, Zadine, Cloud, and Onion Knight.

No, Seph has a tiny penis and overcompensates with a HUEG-*** sword. Kefka looks cooler than Seph and is a better villain.

Kefka just looks bizarre, but if I randomly saw him in the streets, I wouldn't imagine him as a villain. If I saw Seph at first glance, I would smell trouble.

I'm going to give my 2 cents on this because I think that's an extremely tough question. Kefka seemed more evil in an obvious phsychotic kind of way, where as Sephiroth was a far more sinister character who's evil schemes became more apparent with time. The two events that stand out for me would be the scene where Kefka poisons the river to kill the entire population of Doma Castle, but I'm not sure that can compare with the burning Nibelheim scene from FF7, I still don't understand how that game is rated a PG. In fact it's obvious whoever places those PG stamps on games never played through any of the final fantasy games, because they are all PG and most of them contain things that many young players would find disturbing without the gentle nature of the games.

The fact that Kefka did it for sheer amusement makes him more of a villain. Seph didn't care so much as killing people as he just wanted to "bring back the Promise Land." He would just kill whoever was in his way.

I never actually fully played 6, but I know the gist of the story. As if anyone actually paid attention to I-VI's stories...just aimlessly run around a giant world with no sense of direction, button mashing through dialog because it already took you two hours to even find that random forest across the region.

Dude just get a SNES emulator and a couple of roms, it will literally take seconds to download both and away you go, advantage of this being you can save/load at anywhere in the game.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
