Do you get access to the storm spells with SCH set as a SJ?

I just came back after a long absence and started over as a BLM, today I levelled SCH to 49 but cant seem to access the weather spells, though I'm sure I've read of smn's going /sch to reduce avatar perp costs and being able to use them.

Sorry for the noob question.

No Thunderstorm/Voidstorm/Aurorastorm, but yeah, you get all the rest.

Did you buy them from the npc in Eldieme (S)? Or AH I guess. Can't think of any reason why you couldn't use them.

Nevermind me, I'm a complete moron. I was trying to cast them as 80blm/40sch....

SJ still to low, for some reason I thought the level requirements were lower when I used the scrolls, I must have confused them for the helix spells.
