[FFXIV: ARR] What Server Are You Going To?

Please keep in mind that voting is anonymous, so feel free to vote if you wish to not post and continue to lurk. I do ask though that if you do vote, if you're not lurking, to also make a post of where you plan to go, and why.

For example:

I plan to go to Excalibur because my friends are.

It would be nice to see who is going where, so we get an idea of where everyone is going. Maybe we can get an official FFXIAH / FFXIV Pro server? Would be interesting.

I'm not sure which server I'll be going to yet I'm waiting to see if FFXIV: ARR is a success or not I will not be playing FFXIV: ARR

I also ask that if you do not plan on playing, to not disrupt this topic. I've included the option only to let you have an option if you do not want to play, but keep in mind that others do.

Going to Hyperion with my LS. WE all came to an agreement on where to go because we wanted to head to an NA/EU Datacenter. Hyperion (At 1.x time) was one of the least populated. I know that it is a 3 star server now meaning it will be closed soon if it keeps getting applications. :) Plus i got some other friends going there.

If I get to play XIV I'll be at Hyperion.

I plan to go to Hyperion, as that is where my Legacy chara and my old LS were, and I'm trying to convince other friends (who currently made new Beta charas on Cactaur) to come also--mostly by offering to make them free armour and weapons. ^_- /so selfish

Nice Shutz. I haven't had to "lure" anyone of my friends yet.. Just asked or I told them where we were going and they said okay. lol. but, they should know they get free weapons and stuff that we don't need/use ^_^ GL too! :D

I'm going to Excalibur cuz my long time old LS member there.

I have some friends going to Excalibur myself. will just have to make an Alt. there to chat w/ them and vice-versa.

Likely staying put on hyperion even though I don't have anything past 30 and don't really know anyone elsewhere.

I was minding my own businesses yesterday night at Hyperion and had the pleasant surprise of finding someone of my FFXI LS hanging slightly clueless around the Aetheryte at Limsa Lominsa.

Being a newbie on a new game is a awesome experience.
Get me excited see new people on the game I am playing. EVEN MORE when it's people I already know ! :D

Milamber and I are going to Excalibur since our old LS friends are going there. Should be fun :)

HHHMMMMNNNN Welp, I'm considering Excalibur... I didn't like the original server I was in much which was Saronia, and considering the server I am in now is a combination of Saronia and Lindblum, I'm definitely looking for a change. Oh, and Gilgamesh was my original server in FFXI, where I was "Silegna" for 4 years, and "Ecchi" for a year and a half which is now "Ecchii" because of merge to Carbuncle.

I don't really know anyone... nor does anyone I know IRL play the game any more, I know kinda sad. In any case I don't know I suppose I have 1 more day to send in the application and at this point its Hyperion or Excalibur. Any recommendations? ^-^ I'm east coast, and it really would be nice there was more detailed information about which server contained the most east coast players ugh.

I really have no clue at this moment which server I'll join. The names that keep popping up are Hyperion, Excalibur, Sargatanas. It will all depend on which server has the highest concentration of my buds from FF11 Odin server. And/Or which server has the most helpful players on it. I'm just ready to have fun and become addicted again.

I'm going to Excalibur. My spouse is going to be on that server and a lot of old LS mates are going to be there. Seems like the place to be!
