My lychee berries grew and I got my first harvest. I was scared that a new house wrote of my tree. With that said, I lost 3 gold peach trees because I planted them to far to an edge. :/
Made my town Night Owl Ordinance because its easier for me on night shifts. By tomorrow, my house will be 2 stories. Pretty pumped. I need mad decorations though. The place is bare.

Well I bit the bullet last week and dumped money into this game... been too long since I played animal crossing.

Hrm. Thinking I missed my chance to get the Dream Suite... Didn't know about it, so on my 7th day I never went to the townhall to catch Isabelle sleeping, and now she's ALWAYS awake.
Must be some stimulant distribution going on in my town o_____O
Not sure if you got the dream suite yet, but i think it depends on how devolped your town is. I didn't get until today (Day 10 of my town).

question: what anime series/film is your avatar from? i reconize it for some reason but i don't know where from...
*edit* want to say its one of Hayao Miyazaki works, but it doesn't look like his art style unless its an older series of his.

I spent 9 hours fishing today just because. I made just over 300k. Not only did I pay off my first house in one day, i'll be paying for the first house expansion also. In those 9 hours, I only saw 2 Dorados (15k a piece). My best haul back was 35k.
Anywho, I just started a week ago. I have peaches and lychee. Currently, I have 5 golden trees planted right now. Only one can be harvested now. I'll be open eventually, and i'll start taking some pics too seeing as that's what we re doing.
Net, fishing rod, shovel is all I have. I would love to get my hands on an axe.

Have you people been doing the "millions" bells farming on your island by catching bugs and chopping everything but the banana tree? Good time to farm is 7 pm at night when more rare bugs coming out, most of those are 8000 bells a piece. One decent trip can easily net you over 100k or more :)

This "simple" game is more addictive than FFXI.... The bug catching and the island tour are devious little mini games designed to suck out hours of your time without you even realizing it. And the catchy song sung by the turtle doesn't help - he gets mad if you button mashed lol.
