Server Registration At The Same Time They Ask Me To Pay

ok , there what append to me and my wife account every f**k**g month

i can play the 1 day of the month every time , but on the second, they ask me to pay my bill (wich is normal) and every time , server registration is on maintenance, and mark me as "your CC was denied , please contact you CC provider" ... and take 2-3 day to be able to pay (not that my CC dont have fund , but SE just refuse to take it) i contact SE about it , of course , and like every problem , its not they're fault , but my fault or my bank fault cause payment not fast enough ... and so , every month , i pay for 30 day and been able to play 25 day cause of that .... but the big question is ... WHY THE F**F I'M I BILLED THE 2 OF EACH MONTH RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SERVER REGISTRATION MAINTENANCE ? its been 4 year now that go on ,,,

Cancel your id for a bit and reactivate it a month later when it isnt in that time frame?

ive cancel id for 2 month last summer to pass summer outside , and when i reactivate it , it was the same

How long is the registration server maintenance? I'm having issues with my ***too.

usualy , 12-14 hrs , could extend to a day
