Lowman Adl Group Looking For 1 Member

I'm looking for 1 person to join my dynamis group, myself and 2 friends. The person should have at minimum a very well geared DD (gs or mnk preferred) and an alt account with smn as a usable job and must be decenly geared (af3+2 is easy enough to get, no excuse). Cor is a plus also and a flexible schedule would be an advantage. we plan on doing adl farm/kills on sunday/mon/wed/fri/sat (4/5 days would be ok too) around 12pm pst / 9pm gmt start time.
