Need Help Making A Special Track For A Song Help:)

My little sister has a dance for school she has to make, i need someone who can combine 2 different songs into 1 song but i dont know how to do that. The songs includes like from 0 to 43 seconds of 1 then like 2:30 to 3:25 of other then etc etc.If anyone can help me please put your email down and i will email you the tracks and how they need to be within the song.
