and as far as torrent goes, you think anyones gonna be like "ok im not selfish" this is ffxi not hello kitty island.
After about an hour and a half of hitting retry, I have finally made it to part 2 of the update.
Now I just watch as the time remaining started at 3:00 and is now 3:33. D:
So.. Kind of nooby on this rar file stuff, what do I do after I DL the rar? put it in my xi folder?

ya snow i know what you mean "i guess" but what in the game is worth worrying about getting on so fast for anyways? most everything pre-adoulin gonna be caca now anyhow.
Buying ALL the logs and ingots, obviously.

can put a One time password anywhere since the pol update? If you go to Guildwork, it's all over #FFXI, it's the same file that was on BG servers

I have sent DRI customer support two messages and SE one message, but I have received nothing beyond automated responses so far. Please post if there is anything else I can do, or something I missed. Any info is appreciated. Why didn't SE just distribute their update with MEGA ?? Morons...

Yeah, well I got it done in 3 minutes vs this insane wait time. I don't mean use MEGA... It's just some public website vs some legit company... You'd expect the latter to offer at least the same quality of service.
