Can't you use Simon's spreadsheet and check it yourself, comparing the option you're currently using (Anu's torque for TP, Gorgets/Caro/Tonberry for WS?) vs JSE Neck+1?
On a hunch the neck is gonna give you an edge when you can make use of the surplus acc and/or the PDL, which is gonna make a difference only when you're above the att cap for the current target.
In such a situation then probably even the +1 neck will beat the other currently available options.
In all other situations I'm not sure, you should check on the spreadsheet really.
Edit:
If you plan to come to Asura soon, the MNK +2 neck is sold for <65m

Dont waste your time with the +1 neck. I did it once.
By the time you get it RP'd you'd for sure have the gil to buy the +2 and you're kicking yourself in the *** for bothering with the +1.

I don't use spreadsheets or even begin to look for it but thanks. Was just curious because I'm putting the gil elsewhere currently. So it was either combatant's or +1 neck for my mule.

Spreadsheet maintained by me, not mine :P Speaking of which, I added Tatenashi +1 there and probably some other things too. Tatenashi pieces are good for Howling, Raging, Tornado. Body and legs seems to be bis for them. The difference in damage is marginal, but the biggest advantage seems to be that both of those pieces have even more acc than Kendatsuba, while also having way higher attack (Overall Tatenashi body+legs are +23acc +89attack over Kendatsuba), so the gain in non attack cap scenario is way higher and obviously if acc is needed its not even a competition.
Disadvantage is ofc way less MEVA.
Feet and hands arent that good and lose especially to very good herculean (4%TA and +10str augment), but Herculean is very behind on accuracy (its ahead on attack, but it depends on augment by how much).

How good is the JSE Neck +1 for TP and WS? For both raging fists and vsmite. Atm I'm not really looking to shell out 70-80m for a +2 so yeah.
Super mega ultra awesome for TP (but please try for a +2) especially when you have a kick attacks TP set with relic pants and AF boots. Useless for Victory Smite since it’s STR based, but applicable to most other H2H WS.

And how is everyone feeling about the new tatenashi set?
I feel like Tatenashi body is new BIS for TP set (when Impetus down) due to Store TP. (Previous was Kendatsuba +1).
Also for Howling Fist/Tornado Kick I'm looking at using Tatenashi body & legs but you lose some triple attack (I love when triple attacks proc on these WS with full buffs very easy to see stupid high numbers or 99999). The advantage is more main stat WS modifiers but I'm not sure it's worth so looking for opinions.

I rarely use TK unless I have full buffs/FW so maybe my set is off. I am showing in my set same as yours besides:
Anchorite +3 feet
Hizamaru +2 Legs
Anchorite +3 Hands
I guess you ae going more for TA procs and mine is just normal WSD.

I agree, sometimes it's not even worth bumping up your damage 1% if it means dropping your HP, def, mdef, eva, and meva by chunks of points in the process. Monsters always seem to use TP moves when you are readying WS.

I'm already making Body/Hands for War on same character so I might as well go extra step and make legs but yes I agree. Though BIS will always be BIS

I only use Tornado Kick when Footwork is up and yes AF feet +3 get swapped in the above set (it was just for howling fist). Since ftp replicates on all hits the damage is really nuts when you get a triple attack proc on 2k+ TP (using godhands and moonshade) and with Footwork + AF+3 feet bonus it's really nice. It being a 3 hit WS too give it an extra hit chance at TA proc vs Howling Fist 2 hit chance.
When I factor in the above, I personally value triple attack over WSD due to WSD only affecting first hit of WS. Only reason I don't use Adhemar bonnet over relic+3 head is because you lose a lot of WS main stat mod (str/vit).
Also for easy solo 4 step I do Tornado Kick > Shijin x 3.
Though I don't have Vere yet and only R15 Godhands so maybe me using Tornado Kick is subject to change when I get my Vere for when Impetus is up (I use Impetus/Footwork at the same time really). I'm assuming with Vere you spam Victory Smite at 1k TP when impetus is up

I don't have the tatenashi upgraded set yet, but I'm trying to make sure I'm gearing from Victory Smite, Howling Fist and Tornado Kick properly. The first page seems a bit out of date.
This is what I have for Victory smite. Should I remove DA+10 on the ambu cape for WSD+10? (I tend to prefer MA procs if WSes allow it ...but I forget which ones allow it and which don't)
