Japan does not follow daylight savings time at all. As such they kind of forget that america does as well, even though it is only the continental US that follows DST

* Just a reminder, update your spyware / antivirus / programs a lot in the coming few weeks. RMT are going to be in full force with their tricks to stock their coffers full in anticipation for the expansion.
