That is Kawaii Desu in Japanese characters. Anna is trolling you harrrrrrr.

That is actually "kawaii/kawayui desu" but its essentially the same thing.

I thought you guys were joking. I'd have said:

Kawaii desu - Stereotypical Weeaboo thing to say. Occasionally used ironically by people that don't also say things like "2D onry" or "wwwwwww."

It's similar to when we called Rayna "Raynakuuuuuun~~~!11!!!!!!!!!" with as much bundle-of-sticks-gotry as possible. It's supposed to be funny because it's *not* something that we would say.
