Are ws such as slug shot's acc effected by how much racc gear u have or is it all based on skill and TP?

I would assume it is, since regular WS's are effected by regular accuracy...

Yes. R.Acc plays a role, as well as AGI and your Skill Level in either Marksmanship or Archery.

If you find yourself missing too often, switch up your food to an r.acc based food (Squid sushi etc)

If you have sea access... work on getting one of the gorgets (Breeze, Aqua, etc)

Yup, like Kuz said, it's also affected by Ranged Accuracy. I've tested this with sky gods, specially on Byakko because of his high evasion, and R.Acc. really helped a lot for landing Sidewinder.

Rng is affected by range and distance you are from the mob, SE did a update and modified it.

R.acc helps land each shot.

but the damage factor is
on your str and agi and etc.
