Romney repeats numbers and catch phrases again and again, which will probably stick in peoples minds (716 billion should be added to the drinking game).
Obama does not do that, which might hurt him. Making people remember quick facts from a 2 minute response *usually* pays off. holy baby jesus...did he just try to allude to Obamacare being mandatory (as the ONLY health insurance)? oh my....
