Worst part about this change is that swapping back to a Shuriken takes off your lockstyle :/ Also does the AF2 body need to be worn on activation for Sange or while it's up?
Found a fix for this cuz I atleast refuse to go w/o instacast Utsusemi but will probly forget all about Yetshila.
1 macro /equipset cast utsusemi and another macro [/equipset lockstyle] [/lockstyle on] [/attack <stnpc> <wait 1>] [/equipset tpset] 2nd macro
Fixed everything. Now can lockstyle just by engaging or as Utsusemi finishes animation. Idk if this is the best solution for everyone but it is definitely working for me blinking right bk into lockstyle as it's removed. Simple fix.
Anybody bothered to test the SANGE augment on Mochizuki Chainmail +1?
Is it still Ratt +20 per merit?
Does it work? Is it broken? Did they change it?
Might be worth asking in the official forums.

Well, /checkparam shows no difference in R.atk with Sange up or down (5/5 merits). Not to say that's conclusive though, probably needs actual testing.

The Ranged Accuracy from 5/5 Sange doesn't either. Most likely so that it only procs on Daken and doesn't boost your normal ranged attacks. What that does most likely mean though is Mochizuki does need to be worn during Sange.
But Mochizuki is working with Sange. It's a visibly noticeable increase in damage, despite switching to a lower damage shuriken. I guess I could parse it but it seems unnecessary.
what is your average time from 0->3k tp to rebuild AM3 assuming you let it slip off or lolincursion mob knocked my weapon off.
In marjami engaged using ingame clock w/ capped mag.haste trust npcs, stp/acc set posted earlier, popped meditate, and took between :07~:08 from 0 to 3000. Stacking multihit possibly quicker but that set for me is almost -100 less acc. and if I had COR stp rolls even faster.

Doesn't multi-attack gear and traits take away from a weapons AM3 OAX procs? At least, that's what I have read about stuff like KClub. If Double Attack procs, then it can't OA2-8.

Yea ya'll have 20/40/40/40% w/ am3 up alone w/ OAT + daken
I was wondering how do people feel about Akamochi after this update, I feel like it could be better than Sole in some situations because of the ratk/atk properties.
It's 107 smithing, and DOES have a sub fact requirement. Friend of mine tried to make with 106 smithing and it said it wasn't within his range. Since Mercury is involved, I would assume Alchemy is needed.
So nobody seen a Happo +1 on their server?
What's the recipe results?
NQ => 33 nq
HQ1 => 66 nq
HQ2 => 33 hq
HQ3 => 66 hq
Something like that?
Good luck getting an HQ2 on a 107+ recipe. At least when you do you'll be able to sell multiple ones on the market...
Another question, I recently got Head and Body from Incursion megaboss.
What do you guys use those items for?
Body I assume for uhm... Ninjutsu? (macc)
Is head worth for Blade: Hi during the right elemental day? And which days would that be for Blade: Hi?
I don't have my lua here but I think I'm currently using a STR augmented Uk'uxkaj Cap for Blade: Hi.

The head is generally not worth it for any single hit WS, but it's not terrible either. SC with either Darkness or Light property are active half the days. There's a table here.

The body is only for macc, as you mentioned.
I have Gavialis Helm being best in slot for Shun, Metsu, Kamu, Hi on all relevant days. Can you be a little more specific?

It probably comes down to what augments you tested on Uk'uxkaj cap. Have you tested it with AGI+8 ?
I'll admit, when I said single hit I wasn't thinking about Metsu or Kamu. I have only tested Hi and Shun on Nin. Shun definitely benefits from Gav helm, but Hi is questionable.
I'm testing 119 Kanngi + Taikogane with OAT/crit. This is my Hi set. ItemSet 317702
Uk'uxkaj has AGI+8 augment, and Otronif legs have crit+2. I swap to Gorget + Wukong's +1 for higher level targets.
All tested on active days.
Trivial mobs, no food, no JA, no haste, no nothing.
We’ve determined that there is a bug with “★Trial by Earth” where only a single Togakushi shuriken drops. As this battlefield is supposed to drop a Togakushi shuriken pouch we will be fixing this in the coming days. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Additionally, we’ve also determined that there is a bug with Unwavering Ironclad in Ra’Kaznar skirmishes where his behavior will change when using Daken. We expect to have this fixed in the November version update as it will take a bit of time to edit the program.

It's a good piece all around. Acc/R.acc build, Debuff build, Int build, AccWS build (Metsu/Shun/Hi), etc. Not the best for a few of the mentioned builds but its a good side grade item.
Plus, you look like a backup dancer in a Milli Vanilli video with those sweet muscle shirts on.

If you need accuracy, and have plenty of haste, Mes'yohi is always going to beat Meko harness. Even with Sange up.
If you don't have Mes'yohi, it's not bad though.
If that doesn't make sense, consider that you swing a katana about 30 times in 10 attack rounds, vs. tossing 4 shurikens. Despite Daken having a 40% proc rate, it's only representing approximately 13% of your attacks. (33% during sange)
It also doesn't help Meko Harness that Daken & Sange are extremely accurate.
Even Qaaxo B is pretty comparable to Meko Harness. Trading 5 accuracy for the Triple Attack basically (and racc/few dex). The main thing I'm wondering is how good Meko Harness is for :Hi as it does have substantial AGI and DEX. Obviously it doesn't beat Dread Jupon but it has 7 AGI over Mochi+1 for a trade off of 22 Attack.

Throw this together as a general Hi set so it is not optimal by any means!
Only thing I changed on the sheet was food. Would have put riverfin as the Acc food but I didn't see it on there.

Problem I have with Mes'yohi is its lack of any evasion whatsoever. That, atleast for me, makes Meko the best option. If you need acc vs whatever it is you're fighting then you probably want to evade as much as possible to cut down on utsusemi casting or dmg taken. It's just an all around better piece. If getting hit is no problem and racc doesn't matter or mdt/meva then I can see Mes' as an option.

My only issue with this logic, is that you're only going to be wearing a body like this against high level content where evasion is absolutely pointless. Whatever you're fighting is probably going it hit you 95% of the time even if you stacked every piece of evasion in the game. i.e. Gramak-Droog
So you would sacrifice racc+40, eva+49, meva+64, mdb+6 for 7 more acc, att+30, 2% da. You're probly right about the capped acc on some fights. I just don't like the tradeoff between using Mes' over Meko.
Been using this for WoE campaign 13 spam solo NIN/SAM no food ItemSet 329775
