The Swordplay ability looks interesting. with it resetting after critical hits we may see RUN/NIN tanks depending on how potent the evasion is. also Since they have high sword skill dual wield may not be a bad option either. Wonder if the enspells would effect both hands or be locked to main hand only like the v2 spells rdm get?

No, runes will not be generated through consumable items like ninja tools. Instead, they will be generated/used via an ability. There will be a recast timer associated with runes, which is currently planned to be around 10 seconds. With that said, I think you can consider the system to be quite close to how dancers function.
