Character Data Bugged?

Hi there, I recently uploaded my character to the site, and although it's showing my account as connected to lodestone, the character information is completely blank. The only things showing are the linkshell I am no longer in, and some comments from the last time I had my character uploaded. It seems to be pulling old data from before the server merge, and is no longer updating properly. Please help!

When I click "Source" on your profile (for Sargantas), it says there's no character (which would explain the reason it's not pulling any data for it).

From the looks of it, your Biography can't be verified by XIVPro's crawler (or however stuff's verified). I'd recommend clearing it so you only have 1 line in there.

EDIT: Also, for some reason, I can't see your biography on your Status profile, only your "top" profile (your status pulls information about classes you've levelled, etc whereas your "top" profile seems to be a quicklist of any recent blog entries and a Biography)

I'm not too sure why it's not pulling the proper address... Is there any way to manually change the profile source? I've tried unlinking and re-linking my character a couple of times, but it hasn't changed anything. Also, when I do a search for "Izariael Lazarus" using the character search, it brings up 2 listings, but both are showing the empty stat tables mentioned in OP

I don't think there is a way to do it manually I'm afraid >< You could try PM'ing Scragg, he's the bossman behind XIAH and XIVPro, he might be able to set it manually, though I'm not 100% sure ><

Hmmm... the problem seems to have been fixed by using your suggestion above :D I cleared out the biography, so that the ffxivpro alpha-numeric code was the only line, and it seems to have fixed the issue! Thanks so much for the help on that!

guess I just use this thread as well. I have the same problem. I even unlinked my Char and relinked it, my Biography only contains the ffxivpro String but it didnt fix the problem.

Anyone has more ideas to help me? (Beside talking to Scragg ^^)

Ok im having the same problem only thing in bio is key yet my char info on ffxivpro has no info other than it exist

Hmm, I was originally thinking it could be because Wyatt was new that his char hadn't been picked up yet. Have you only just tried to verify your character Chubby? If so, then it might just take a couple of days to cycle through all the profiles on here to pull up-to-date data. If your character's been registered here for a while, I don't know why it isn't showing ><;
