Yeah, you have a good point there, it’s pretty good for Accuracy and Damage in it’s own right. I’ll swap it.

Is the amalric +1 set the best nuking set for blu atm? I noticed ppl favour jhakri head and i was looking at the +3 Relic legs. Is the amalric set worth investing in still?

They may not be the strongest of our AoEs, but they're still fairly potent. If you need the additional effect to land and are worried about it getting resisted, you can make a macc toggle for it.
That's true, but it can be hard to tell sometimes if the effect sticks or not. So for these spells which serve a Direct Purpose, I don't like taking chances.

This set for example offers a good ground of MACC focus without crippling the MAB of the spell. You'd lose out on somewhere around 500-800 Damage or less but have a notably higher chance of landing your effect where it counts. Fair trade imo.

This is a set fit for Spectral Floe and Subduction, strong MAcc but much stronger MAB. With Additional Accessories for Light and Dark Elemental Affinities. All of these sets were presented in various places about the guide but might take some digging. The Primary nuking set was updated I think maybe 5 pages ago or less? but here's everything just for ease of reference.
Edit: Metamorph Ring +1 is R15.

There is also herculean helm which can be augmented to beat Jhakri head. Even if you only come close, the haste and fast cast helps with recasts. Here are the two I have for comparison:

Its worth to mention that herculean helm has much less str and int, but higher vit and much higher agi. So for some spells it will have advantage and for some it will have hard time beating jhakri even with DM augment.
Same for relic+3 legs. It has some stats advantage that makes them bis for damage over Amalric.
Blu spells are not blm nukes. They have different modifiers and that shouldnt be overlooked.

not sure about it but i think they still are affected by int and mnd based MACC so i'd double check wether to ditch jhakri or not. you want to sure additional spell effects stick.

I really use it for the recast more than the damage difference. I typically only use 3 nukes when cleaving, so I like having the extra recast reduction. I honestly couldn't care any less about sidegrades for a specific nuke especially considering I don't have wardrobe 3/4.

I underatand, I wrote it more for general info, not as reply to you personally. On the other hand I mentioned legs too and you should have them anyway for wsd, unless you use blu exclusively for cleaving. I think relic legs are for example better for entomb, which people often use for cleaving.

Since it is stronger than metalsinger it is stronger than fotia since fotia is weaker than metalsinger for Savage/Expiacion.

Seeing how R13 Metamorph wins with shiva+1, which is something like 5~6int vs 3mab.. Acuity might win too, because that's 15INT vs 8 mab.
There is also a matter of Sacro having MND, which might even out numbers for spells that uses MND as WSC.
There is also a matter of Burst Affinity on or off.
That being said, Acuity is best macc belt anyway, so you dont really risk anything upgrading it.

Question: While I work my way towards RMEA weapons, I am using a Colada with decent augments and a Kaja Sword (don't have pulse yet). Are these the two weapons I should use? I have access to Nibiru and most weapons before that.
Secondly, does it matter which is Main Hand and Off Hand?

So, decided to augment Metamorph ring +1 first in regards to Odyssey. Have it rank 13 at the moment, and I was curious if it beat Shiva Ring +1 for nuking.
Same method for testing as Max/Kaja rods. All under 1 distance for Sash.

Can someone help a brother out and post BiS TP/Expiacion sets for BLU using Tizona/Thibron? I just came back to the game after a two year hiatus and am wondering what gear I'm missing to get current for content like Dynamis.
Also, what's a good alternative for Mirage Stole +2 while I work on unlocking the augment for it? Fotia for WS/Any neck with high STP for TP basically?

The set in the guide is up to date.
I don't think anyone has non-DM herc feet that actually beat jhakri+2 feet.
Fotia until Mirage for expi, or tp Anu neck was best before.
Not sure how Metamorph+1 ring with aug does now int16 is pretty damn high. Illabrat is good with dex and attack. otherwise ring alternatives normal str rings.

For TP not much has changed for Blu in the last two years, for Expiacion you can swap out the Fotia for augmented Sailfi +1 belt. Also, for DT hit up Lilith for the entire Malignance set.

What I use. Pumps out 40-50k with trust buffs when acc is good.
Sure there can be a few changes but for 1-2% more dmg I am not spending 500m lol...stupid Asura economy
