I'm wondering what level Maa Illmu the Bestower is?

I hadn't heard about him/her until a couple weeks ago and I'd used CZB(S) Fortalices to get me to Abyssea-able levels, so forgive me if this is "known" stuff, though Wiki and BGWiki have nothing listed for him~

He's on the 2nd floor, and the other mobs in that section are in the 76-79 range, if that helps.
