If you got a r/l b/f or g/f that also play the game. why would you wanna have another ingame g/f or b/f? doesnt make sense to me. I met my wife in game, and we're also married in r/l as well as in game, dont see the point why any of us would wanna have someone else in game. If we dont spend time together in r/l, we can do stuff together i game.
