Furen's calculator is not currently accurate for blue magic spells; it treats them as if they are subject to the recent cure adjustments. The old version (linked below the calculator) is accurate. He's aware of the issue and the calculator should be updated within the next couple of days.
That is a bit of a difference. Makes Ephedra not a very good option. I was hoping to save an inventory slot since my WHM rings are Sirona's/Ephedra.
Yeah, all the BLU cures are just WHM cures (old equations) with different constants so stacking MND is the way to go.
Updated BGwiki's Cure Formula page with the correct equations for Magic Fruit and Plenilune Embrace. Anyone have a link to a good NIN xml?
Working on getting my DRK playable, one question in particular sticks out. When using Twilight Scythe, which WS does one use? Guillotine? Does anyone know the ideal WS set for that?
I don't have entropy, and I realize it's not a very common occurance, just figure may as well max everything. I have apoc(and rag for that matter), was just asking if Guillotine is the best WS to use with twilight(damage type neutral property for some things in nyzul/caturae shields/etc). Though I guess a better way to ask would be 'What's the best scythe weaponskill besides Entropy/Cata and how do I gear for it?'.
Guillotine and make a str/att/acc build.

Title isn't guaranteed from original VNMs. lame. well at least i've already got another colorful. i get the feeling i'll be in this path for a while >.>

Sooo, I just got Meteor, should I gear my meteor set any different than normal nuke sets?
Edit: What I currently (mostly) nuke in Ignore the staff, that's just a dummy(empty spot seems too empty). dorje
Gonna be using Plenitas virga for now, as far as I've heard the difference in dmg is'nt that big, and I'm not a hardcore BLM, so not gonna get a Dorje unless one falls into my lap for free (which might happen) :P
I'm gonna upgrade af2+2 legs soon I guess, anything else I easily can change\upgrade? I've heard rubi legs are the best for Meteor? (but I have'nt had any luck on those yet) Edit: Got obis+cape that I use when fitting, but those does'nt do much for meteor! :p |
