Make an Almace! I currently have 1 Requiescat for Blu and 4 in Resolution. Might have to dump Resolution for Stardiver it seems if Sam is actually worth doing NNI... Never heard a single thing about Stardiver until this week o.O

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is much difference between 1 shotting fodder mob with shoha and 1 shotting fodder mobs with stardriver.
That said having if a WS isn't 5/5, it isn't going to do more dmg than your other options.

I am very curious on the whole Stardiver thing. I'm full up on merits until they expand it.
5/5 Exenterator (Thf and Dnc are my main jobs)
5/5 Shoha
4/5 Resoultion (still destroys every other WS for every job I use it on)
1/5 Requiescat (Blu needs. WS -> CAEfflux Quad = Darkness... monstrous damage compared to all other options)

I've used those for fun but the lack of accuracy in BT upsets me. Plus, hit it with BT first THEN Self SC for much fun :3

and dying.

Does BT actually have an accuracy penalty or is it just single-hit accuracy cap woes?

You COULD drop Requi, and do BT (non-CA obviously) >> Expiacion >> Amorphic Spikes for big darkness as well. So you could put the 5/5 in Reso. That being said Requi has it's uses albeit limited ones, with it's non-physical dmg and all.

Oh right. 100% forgot about spikes :O And when I snag Almace I doubt I'll ever use Req again. (I don't do VW)

If you plan on doing Neo-Nyzul on BLU, Requiescat is good to have around, but once you cap at 15/15 ...

I never have enough room to set BT these days before a spikes that was my darkness closer to CDC. I could drop WoR but that spell is quite tasty in nyzul isle uncharted. Id say make almace unmerit req either stick 1 in stardiver and see what its like or 5/5 reso.

I have a LOT of interest in NNI but from what I read, it's basically "LOLNO" since you seem to be required to have incredible gear.
I do not blame people for wanting this because better gear generally increases success rate. I'm a pretty good player of my jobs I like to think but I'm not sure how well I could hold my own without VW/Legion stuffs :(
As for jobs for it, my -best- jobs are War/Thf/Dnc/Blu/Sam but I can equally gear almost any within 1-2 weeks of work... Main question would be:
Can you do NNI without doing VW? Also, do you need Floor 100 to do it? (My Alt account has not done NI yet... no time since being here.)

It sounds like ridiculous fun. I'll have to see if I can find a group capable at some point. I even have Sch leveled on BOTH accounts lol.

Serious question: Is it worth making an Ukon if you have a Ragnarok and have no intentions of bringing Ukon to 99?
Addendum: I am currently under the impression that the only situations where Ukon>Rag is lolbyssea and Fell Cleave. Correct me if I am wrong.

Silly question, but whatever happened to there being a White Chocobo? I remember seeing a small blurb article in Playonline ages ago, but then either it totally fell off of my radar, or nothing became of it. Can anyone shed some light on what became of the white chocobos?

I think Niniann answered that one recently (in a spoiler)...

Ah I see. So I take it that they are unobtainable for players to breed for their domestic use :/

Better to 2box Thf/Dnc + Whm/Sch in Dynamis...
Or go in Dnc/Nin and then again Bst/Dnc?
Benefit of 2box: Thf TH is awesome. More relic will be split, rather than tossed in garbage. More exp for silly trials if I ever do them. 2hours a day is feasible. 4hrs a DAY is not.
Disbenefit: Way less coins I assume? Never gone in with Bst before. :x

I cannot say anything about bst, but if you go in solo on dnc, you should be /thf.

Really? :o Sounds rough in Xarca... They tore me up pretty good if I wasn't careful even with Shadows. Jerk's and their nasty TP moves.

Dreamlands dynamis are far better for coin yield and survivability. More crowded though.
Doing dynamis twice would probably get you more coins each day, but that's 4 hours in dynamis ._.

I do dreamlands on dnc/thf solo (dc mobs in valk primarily). If there is nobody around I can break 300 coins. But assuming competition I expect something closer to the 260-270 range coin wise. Average touches are anywhere between 10-25, usually 18-20.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to do this, but I'm not sure how to write it in spellcast.
A) Would like it to downgrade to Horde Lullaby/Lullaby if Horde Lullaby II/Lullaby II are down.
2) Is it possible for it to default to Animated Flourish if Provoke is down?

You would have to do this using a set of variables which can be kind of annoying, but it'd look something like this:
in the variable section, set two variables, one named HordeLullaby and the other named FoeLullaby. Set them both to be 1.
Code <if spell="Horde Lullaby II">
<if advanced='"$HordeLullaby"="0"'>
<changespell Spell="Horde Lullaby" />
<equip when="precast" set="HordeLullaby" />
</if>
<else>
<equip when="precast" set="HordeLullaby" />
<command when="aftercast">wait x; sc var set HordeLullaby 1</command><!--The x is how long you wait for the var set to actually execute. The amount of time is such that the variable switches right before the timer is up and the spell is able to be recasted.-->
</else>
</if>
The idea would be the same for both Foe Lullaby and Provoke. I haven't actually tried this extensively so I don't really know how buggy it would be...but this is about the best you can do for something like this.
Good luck in finding something that works well!

Good luck in finding something that works well! I use (read: copied it from someone else) this technique to automatically use Divine Caress (more or less, same general idea). It'll work perfectly for Provoke since the recast is always going to be the same, but you may find a little bit of variance when using it for Lullabys (depending on if you're hasted/slowed, etc.). If you're hasted, you may end up using the weaker song if you try to cast right as the recast timer is up; if you're slowed, the rule may just fail (as Spellcast would try to cast Horde Lullaby II thinking that it's available, but you have time remaining on the actual recast).
The variance is very small and something you might not ever notice, but it's good to keep in mind in case you see strange behavior with that rule over time.
