Not sure of current items, don't keep up well with it, but Veela Cape is a pretty good option I think.

Already have! I guess it hasn't perma banned me, or there is some kind of delay on it though. Linkshell community still shows me as active.

I didn't use Crow/Raven gear while leveling. And I still use my Empress Hairpin in my EVA set at 99. Since you're probably at or near 50, you should get a Raparree Harness.
