Yea that would most likely be for the best it's easy to do and has a lot of benefits. Thanks a lot Galbir! nice to see someone is keeping the tradition of .dat mining with pics alive.

you get exp/notes based off around 10% of your physical and 10%magical dmg delt to an enemy right? well Im thinking Twilight scythe will get me both ,lets hope so >_>/. The atmacite of Vanguard has silent blow on it. I assume this is different from subtle blow but I don't see any testing on it (don't have it yet either).
I am guessing its 20% chance at feeding 0 tp (which i cant see mattering in VW) but i'm intrigued regardless as to what it will be. Save tp ended up leaking out into other gear and becoming more widespread than 1-2 atmas. If silent blow becomes widespread (looking at you COP ring re-vamps) i'd like to at least know if anyone knows what it does exactly. Silent Blow vould be an interesting one, especially for jobs like NIN which cap Subtle Blow easily, that's assuming it may branch out into gear.
No TP fed with the percentage corresponding to activation rate is certainly the reasonable assumption and fits precedent with Conserve vs Save TP, at least as the latter was initially designed. As for the atmacite...
Attack-100 "Silent Blow"+20 Haste+10% "Double Attack"+5% I don't know that you'll see that one upgraded any time soon, especially with the 2.6 million cruor cost (1.1 mil to get Silent Blow+10), so unless they add these atmacites to the test server you'll probably have to wait for gear with the stat before anyone bothers to confirm. Doesn't help that Silent Blow would do *** all when you've got half a dozen DDs feeding the NM more TP than it can spend, at least when it's not staggered. Yeah, I was more intrigued by a new stat T.T

In Abyssea with atmas and buffs even low damage weapons are pretty deadly. Kinda like Soboro on SAM. Low damage but can still put out some numbers. Enmity isn't an issue in exp parties since mobs die in seconds.
I never bother messing with people cause they don't have top notch gear unless they make stupid choices like eva sets for tp during xp or not even having tp/ws sets that bothers me a bit.

Some people just attack and go straight to being antagonistic. It's when people say things like, "Don't tell me how to play my job." or "I don't have gil/time/patience to get that piece of gear." that really bothers me. |
