Was doing some research about Meebles Expeditions. "Total Completion" on the BG Wiki states that you need to have attained goal #3 on each non-boss expedition. Does this all have to be completed on one Grimoire? Or can that be done over the course of one's Meeble-ing career with multiple Grimoires?

What's the best way to go with WAR merits? I mean, for the longest time I had 5/5 Charge, 4/5 Savagery, 1/5 Tomahawk. Ever since the change to Charge where they added a 20% to Triple attack when you have 5/5 it seems too good not to keep. Just not sure if I should drop to 2/5 Savagery for a 1 minute Tomahawk, or if I should just 5/5 Savagery.

Making some assumptions about your XML's design, but adding <aftercastdelay delay="-1"/> to your breath rules is probably the simplest option.
