I'm glad I got into Full Metal after it was out for a while because if I had to wait 1 week for a new episode I would have killed people.

I'm sure those bankai will be shown in this last arc. IIrc we're missing these so far: Unohana bankai.
Shunsui bankai.
Shinji bankai.
Rose bankai.
Afrodude bankai.
Butterfly girl shikai(what was the name?)
Yachiru shikai...or whatever her power is.
Isshin powers of some kind.
Urahara bankai.
Yoruichi shikai and bankai.
Ukitake bankai. Missed something?

Brotherhood* The actual manga is called Fullmetal Alchemist though. I like to refer to it as thus, but people get confused with the name. The first anime was like 90% "filler".

The only episode I saw had a toy stuffed bear chasing little kids around. Regardless, it seemed like the series had an interesting plot. If they made a 20-30 episode condensed version, I'd watch. ;3

How could you miss Genryuusai?! I want to see his and Kenpachi's the most but I have to accept the fact that the chances of that happening is very slim.

I don't want Kenpachi to have a bankai. I think he's probably one of the best, if not the best character at all and should stay the way he is. A bankai would disrupt the character too much.

Most anime actually are divided into seasons. The really long ones that don't have breaks are the only ones I can think of that might not have actual "seasons." Though I have seen "season box sets" for bleach in stores, but I guess they might have just divided it based on arcs. I never bothered to check because I got bored of bleach somewhere in the "Zanpakutou unknown tales" arc.

i would like him to learn his bankai... but it not be some super powerful atomic bomb power. maybe a non DD ability. would be funny if it was a magical bankai

Anime airs year-round, but most shows still have seasons (granted, it's often only 1) and there are plenty of examples of multi-season shows that have 1 year+ breaks as well as shows that don't have any breaks but still divide themselves into different seasons (by changing the name slightly, etc.)

The manga was always good. Well, not always, since the way Karakura Invasion saga ended and the following crap it went downhill terribly, but this last new saga is looking very very good. Hopefully it involves Divion 0.
p.s. One Piece is about at 60% or so. Naruto maybe 80~
One Piece is really only at 60%? This makes me happy! As much as I can't stand Brook and Sanji jokes, I <3 me some One Piece.
The anime became quite terrible after the first season ended, fillers pretty much destroyed it. I stopped reading the manga after the Aizen arc, it was always stereotypical shounen. There is nothing remarkable about Bleach at all.
Also, I'll somewhat agree with this. I loved Bleach on its first season. I watched the second and it was ok.. after that I couldn't really tolerate watching it. Now that it's ending I'm sure I'll go back through and see it all just for the sake of it though.

only real issue I have with Bleach is a lot of the inconsistencies in the technical things from the first season and later seasons about how the worlds and hollows/shinigamis work

I like the cliff hangers in bleach. I also like how the animation style changes over the course of the series. I also like the character development
