I'm just glad the hailstorms that came with the tornadoes didn't hurt my Mustang. :D No kidding. I had to garage my car at a friends house because of it.

I think you can burn on them at ~72 or so. I'm not sure what their starting lvl is for sure.

Elemental cast-ga > Carline recast utsusemi > Spell interrupted > hit, hit, hit > Carline X.X You can manaburn crabs and pugils in the tunnel east of Delkfutt's. Qufim of course. You'll also need to find a sync designee and boot him/her out after a certain level; be sure to check if they're okay with it.
O.oa Just run out of range after you cast if it starts a ga. Then nuke again.

Edit: I usually run into a monster that aggros me then. Try casting your first nuke, then running back to 30' or so away. They should only be able to cast up to 28'. Then either throw up another nuke or a bind to keep them from pummeling you and allow yourself time to finish them off.
