Cut it out completely. I used to drink like 5 cans of coke per day and switched to water. Lost some weight even though I didn't change anything else and overall feel healthier.
Well we dont have a actually Dr on sub... but various IDC's and doctors... including various specialist and regional UMOs... and even a civilian one or 2

Making all that cash...? Not sure I've ever let on I made much lol. Well I was a ET2(SS) nuc. Kinda got myself nuc and sub disqualed though and almost got medically discharged... but by the time they started the paper work it would've actually kept me in longer by several months lol.
never got deployed tho. I was a 19 y/o 3rd class and ppl under me that we're older didnt really like it. =/
Yeah I got sent to the USS San Francisco and got there 3 days after the incident... only sea time I saw was the lovely(read naseating) surface transit to puget sound naval shipyard... then lots and lots and lots of drydock lol

Yeah, but the quickening stacks with Trotters. And it's much faster to rest the 20 seconds to get the Quickening and then keep running. Sucks that it doesn't stack with Flee though.

Flee with af boots and trotters is slightly faster then quickening+trotters... not even counting the resting time.
I dunno about that. I think combining the 45 sec Flee and then resting for 20 sec and running with Trotters on would beat just continuing to run w/o the Quickening for 4 min 15 sec.
Maybe I'll test it later. But, I think even just flee w/ AF boots for 45 sec and then trotters for 4 min 15 sec might not beat resting for 20 sec and then Quickening + Trotter.

I actually havent done the math on reresting I meant just plaing 24% vs 12+flee... that being said you'd only be getting 3min 55 even if timed perfectly of quickening... that wears off whenever you attack and such. I much prefer resting for 1 min and getting teh super quickening which still stacks with trotters
Yeah, usually when I have to go on a longer walk I'll just hit rest, go afk a min and get a drink / go to the bathroom or something, then come back and do the run.
