I'm pretty sure this item is mainly used just for the movement speed. I can't see any intelligent person paying handsome sums of gil for +1 evasion and enmity.
You could probably get a few hundred k more than the NQ version unless youre willing to put some serious time into selling them. I'd say 10M tops. People do pay for for status items.

I was giving you a realistic estimate.
If anything, this sounds like one of the items where the HQ would probably be less than the NQ because no one in their right mind would pay for an HQ of an item where the actual important effect is just as good. I doubt people would even CHECK the HQ on the AH because of that.
Either keep those sandals on your wall or shove them up your *** for being so insulting.
